Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 184(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 184(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 184(JUD) am?"
